The Playground Canopy Company is the playground-canopy specialist of Canopies & Shelters Ltd, a UK manufacturer and installer of canopies and shelters. We focus on one thing: covered play and outdoor-learning space for schools, nurseries and councils, designed and built to last.
One team, start to finish
We survey, design, manufacture and install every canopy ourselves, so you deal with one team from the first visit to the signed-off structure.
Made in the UK
Frames are fabricated in our own UK workshops in powder-coated steel or glulam timber, with impact-resistant polycarbonate or membrane roofs.
Engineered properly
Every canopy is designed to the structural Eurocodes (BS EN 1991, 1993, 1995 and 1999) with load calculations, and delivered under CDM 2015.
Built around schools
We plan installation around the school day and, where a project needs it, work in the holidays so the playground is ready for the new term.
